Accessible from two interior doors, this area also has a stairway access directly to the garage.  This access saves steps, but more importantly eliminates wear and tear on the finished areas of the house when moving storage items or working on mechanical equipment.  There is an area (14’ X 24’) that can be finished for an exercise room or home theater, or left unfinished for a shop, craft area, or storage. .
